Hello , I own 4 single family rentals in Phoenix AZ and live in California.2 homes are held in an LLC , the other 2 in my name. I want to have a balance of legal protection, tax savings, and minimize the costs of set up and operations. I have some experts do it yourself home program which thus far has not been much help. Any advice?
