@Christopher Giannino @David Dachtera This information helps. I thought there may be a formula used to figure the average ARV in the area one you see the comps.

What's a good formula to use when figuring the ARV of properties?

@Account Closed Thank you for that advice. I greatly appreciate it! I'm thinking I wil start of with Wholesaling and work my way to fix & Flip and Renting Apartments and Duplexes. I will begin writing my 5 year plan today to help determine the route I need to take. I've Looked up the local REI's here in San Antonio. I've found 2. SAREI and Lifestyle Unlimited REI. I'm looking into both.
