@Christopher Giannino @David Dachtera This information helps. I thought there may be a formula used to figure the average ARV in the area one you see the comps.

@Shawn McClelland @Rick Pozos @Tim Patrick Thank you guys for that information. It helps me out tremendously. I want to check them all out and weight out the options. Did you all have a mentor when you started out or did you learn at your own pace?

@Account Closed Thank you for that advice. I greatly appreciate it! I'm thinking I wil start of with Wholesaling and work my way to fix & Flip and Renting Apartments and Duplexes. I will begin writing my 5 year plan today to help determine the route I need to take. I've Looked up the local REI's here in San Antonio. I've found 2. SAREI and Lifestyle Unlimited REI. I'm looking into both.

Good Day,

My name is Caleb Williams and I'm a new real estate investor here in the San Antonio Area. I'm looking to Join a local REI for networking and building my team. Also i'm looking for a mentor and material to help me get off and running. Any suggestions would definitely help. Thanks!
