@Jeff Copeland Thank you! With the smaller flow of homes on the market in such small towns, it makes sense that things like letters or driving for dollars would be effective. Thank you for your time spent in replying!

I'm a brand new investor with only as much experience as someone who has never purchased investment property can have. My main question is fairly general:

How do you find successful BRRRR properties in very small rural farming towns?

I would truly appreciate any knowledge or examples that the bigger pockets community could provide!
