I didn't go over other comments but many DSCR...Debt -Service Coverage Ratio lenders will be able to get that deal done for you. All about the deal vs your DTI. Hope for success at the start of your journey!

Can also go the route dscr lending that looks at the deal vs your DTI.

I'm at 95% because of a tenant not updating recertified information to housing. Business as usual because my multi families usually have a vacancy.

Hello, 38 yrs old started my real estate journey in 2006 but didn't really start scaling beyond just two until 2012. 20 rentals that include SFH,duplexes and a triplex.
