Hey John! A great place to look is your local real estate association meetings. I've even had luck going to chamber of commerce meetings. Depending on where you are located, there might even be Bigger Pockets meet ups you can attend. Hope this helps!

Hello Nashville area investors,

My name is Caleb Bryant. I am relatively new to real estate investing, although I have experienced some of the benefits of it through family and friends. I have talked to a few of you here on BP; but 2016 is a good time to start taking action! My first resolution for the new year is to meet some Nashville area investors. I want to know what kind of investing strategies are working for you!
