I found the forums after looking for a podcast to pass the commute times, I definitely recommend listening in if you have the idle time. I feel greatly productive learning something instead of passing the time other ways.

@Justin Silverio I saw you hosted a BP meetup in Woburn last month? Any hope for another occurance?

@Matthew Whitermore Right now I am gathering intel, but I think smaller multi-family units, still renting myself so there is a path to go down before I am comfortable looking at larger units or commercial property. Until then, lots of theorizing... I just have to make sure I get my foot out there and not get stuck in the head game.
