Any more details on this property? Very little on the listing from that link. 

Who has experience investing/house hacking in Kansas City, Missouri?? Found a potential deal but concerned about the crime in the area being a problem. Anyone have any experience in this area??

Total newbie looking to get on the investment property ladder! I have a current NY real estate license however I am not practicing. I am currently in financial services with New York Life, my husband is a Mortgage Loan Originator with a small broker on Long Island. 

I have a real estate background and my mother, father, older brother and in-laws are all in the Real Estate game. Only some have been successful investors, however. My husband and I are looking for a partner/mentor to work with in investing. We want to be able to help our partner to grow and scale their business and learning the ropes and earning an income as well. 

We don't plan on staying on Long Island for too much longer but for now it is our home. Our goals in real estate are pretty simple...wholesaling, fix and flip, buy and hold, any and all of it is what we want to learn although buy and hold rental properties is by far the most appealing for us. That is where I think we want to focus most as we ultimately want to have majority of our income coming from rental properties all over the country and world. 

We are highly motivated and ready and willing to put in the effort with the knowing that we are working toward our goals. We want to work with someone or a group where we can learn from each other and help us get this thing off the ground.

We will be starting an LLC, next week, most likely and looking into business credit. If ANYONE has or know someone who has any interest in working with a young, hungry and ambitious couple in the NY area please contact us!
