I didn't have bad experience in latin countries, such as Mexico for example. But, first off all I'm not a female, second I've always been there with well orientated Mexicans.

Just watch yourself, it's better to be on the safe side.

I am not sure but I think they are big, because they are apartments.. I know that there aren't many tough.. It's only 40 apartments in this building, it's really a new trend in Poland, because it is ment to be exclusive with good neighbours and in Poland not many people can afford an apartment like this. Especially I think it is a good idea of yours to buy it as an investment, because the demand for luxurious properties is just growing in our country.
But you can check on their website or google it.

Investor is good, he got some awards, generally is recommended in PL. I know the project of Prosta Tower and I agree with you that it’s likely to make money investing in it. The area where It is, is developing very fast and transforming into a Warsaw’s downtown. Subway line is gonna go that way. Besides, Poland is a very good place to invest nowadays.

Well, that's funny, because that's sub-forum is called "Americans investing internationally". So it's hopeless to find anybody investing in Europe?

Hello there! Yes indeed, I live in Warsaw, our capital city. I'm accountant. I've studied Economics at Warsaw University. I'm interested in real-estate market down here, but I'm bit tired reading same opinions in local press, so I'd like to discover new point of view here. I hope we can exchange some experience. I wonder if real-estate market is specific in Poland or maybe it's not at all... Do you have any questions that I can answer?

In local press almost everyday I'm assured, that my country is a place with so many cash-making opportunities. How do you find it? Are there any similiar opinions in your real-estate press?
