I just started house hacking , i have the regular home owner insurance which covers any personal injury within the property, is that enough if I have tenant living in the property or do you guys have additional policy to cover any possible liability

I think it really depends on which REIA you join, I've been to some REIA meetings where half of the time they were talking about the coaching program they are trying to sell, that was a little bit too much, but REIA does provide me a great opportunity to meet with other investors and local private lenders, so there is pros and cons

I'm looking to buy my first property, i've been hearing a lot of good things about duplex for people who wants to live on the property and rent it out for cash flow, but there is any down side of buying a duplex and rent it out? just want to see both side of the coin  to make an informed decision.
