I'm new to REI, in the past I've worked as a bird dog and saw the amount of money the investor I worked with was making so I said why not. I'm starting off with wholesaling for now. I live in Cookeville but will wholesale in Memphis to. The podcast really got me interested in the site. I'm excited to get started and hopefully I can meet local investors from this site.
