Hello all,

My cousin got me listening to the bigger pockets podcasts and I was instantly hooked. I have been investing in multifamily since February of 2013 and have acquired 197 units in Knoxville Tennessee. I am looking to purchase more multifamily. I have been kicking around the idea of flips as well to help fund future deals. I would love to network with anyone in East TN.
