I'm thinking about buy and hold. Never done a flip so I think that would be more advance for me. How long have you been a contractor? Maybe we can Meetup and talk?

Hello, I'm Byron and I'm a new member.  I'm excited to join and looking forward to building my team. I currently have 2 properties in West LA (one rental and one that I live in).  I'm also a CPA and looking to help other Real Estate Investors.  I'm looking for more properties.  I would love instructions and help you guys could provide.  Any advice for a newbie?

Thanks in advance!
