 I just heard about Grant a couple of months ago and the podcast he just did was great! I'll check that out.  I'll also check out the other books you mentioned.

My brother just passed his real estate agent exam today.  I want to give him a gift.  What real estate book should I give him?  Or something else to get him more interested in real estate investing (class/course)? I already gave him Rich Dad Poor Dad last year.

I was listening to a multi-family podcast and the lady that was interviewing said something very cool.  You got to show people the "Shut Up" check! Show her the money! The hardest thing to do is change people but it's worth the fight if you love her! Good luck to you!

 Hi Alex, so far vacancy is zero.  LA is a hot rental market.  My current tenant has a lease till June 30, 2018 and I collected first, last and security deposit.  If I invest in a cash flow market, will I get the appreciation I would get in west LA?  Good question.  I'll run some numbers.

 I agree that prices right now are a little crazy.  How did you get into private lending?  Any courses you took?
