As a beginner in real estate investing. I would like to help homeowners that are facing foreclosures. Wondering what would be the best exit strategy for those that want to sell and for those that just need help and don't want to relocate.

I also would like to develop small communities of 1 and 2 bedroom affordable homes up to 1000 sq ft to lease with option to buy at affordable prices. Any advice would greatly appreciated.

@Dylan Vargas thank you so much. Yes I am very excited. I have started a private nationwide joint venture team to help reach my goals. I provide them with the leads as I find the buyers.  So far I have 14 members.

Real estate entrepreneur studying the wholesaling exit strategy to get my foot in the door of real estate investing. My goal is to wholesale 4 properties a month of of my own as well as 4-6 per month with my nationwide joint venture team. Another goal is to acquire 2 multifamily with 5-10 doors this year along with at least 1 mobile home park. I also will be developing at least 6 new construction duplexes in the Inland Empire of southern California.
