Location, location, location. What is the location of the land you own?

Katharine - I'm a Realtor based out of Albuquerque. I also work part-time at LANL. I'd love to meet with you up in Los Alamos sometime and chat.

Brent - I know of two REIA's in Albuquerque area: Albuquerque Congress on Real Estate (ACRE www.acrenm.com) and NMREIA (http://www.meetup.com/NMREIA/)

I am a newbie real estate broker (just got licensed in March) here in Albuquerque, NM. I've been on BiggerPockets since 2011. How can I find investors that want to do lots of buying or selling? I'd rather work with investors and get repeat business from them than work with a once-in-7-years "normal" person that buys or sells a home. I am working a full time job (not real estate related) that pays the bills but I'd much rather be doing real estate full-time (in particular I'd rather be investing more myself).

If there are any investors in Albuquerque that want to give me a chance, please call me directly or message me and let's meet and talk.

Welcome David! I'm also in Los Lunas, and work as a Realtor out of Albuquerque. My broker does property management too.

There are some good nice neighborhoods in the South Valley though, for example some of the newly built (< 10+ years) areas off of Joe Battle (Loop 375), etc. I've got family there and my father-in-law has a few residential rentals. It has exploded over the past couple of years, we notice lots of changes every year when we go to the Thanksgiving parade.

I am a real estate broker in Albuquerque, so like Ian, I can get land comps from our MLS - greater Albuquerque area (Jemez to Socorro, West mesas to East Mountains.)

Seth, I recently became a Real Estate Associate Broker in Albuquerque and learned all kinds of things about trust accounts and property management. The Qualifying Broker I signed up with also does Property Management. I am not an attorney, please contact your attorney to make sure you are following the law. You can look at the NM State Law regarding real estate here at the NMPRC web site: http://www.rld.state.nm.us/uploads/files/Final_NM_...
