I have a house under contract with a seller of which ive assigned to an end buyer. The earnest money is already in escrow with the title company. the end buyer claims to be quieting the title. it is three weeks past the closing date we set on the contract and the seller keeps calling me wanting to close. after ive already told him that i assigned the contract. can he pull out even though it is in escrow?

I do have a g-mail and I know someone who has 2 g- voice numbers...I guess they just ran out...I ll just use the pay as you go for voicemail and call back with my cell...when a motivated seller calls wanting to sell their house in most cases they want to vent, that takes minutes

Hi Bigger Pockets fam,

Im a wholesaler in OKC and im having trouble finding an alternate number to use for my bandit signs. Ive been stuck with only direct mail because using signs with my real number has gotten me in trouble. ive been trying to get a google voice number for a couple months now, and its not working for me. I cant get a number with the area code I live in.
