I will start writing though I guess you never know what could happen. Thanks for the advice.

Thanks @Mike S. @Renee Yarbrough @Michael A. @Evan Parker @Account Closed The money show made all the difference. I listened to the shows a million times but I couldn't put real estate and me together because I didn't have the personal finance piece. And I do have a mountain of work but good thing BP introduced me to books like Getting Things Done and Deep Work and listening to those productivity podcast and they really help. Thanks for everything BP family!

Thanks to everyone involved at BP. Especially @Joshua Dorkin (I miss you on the podcast) and @Brandon Turner. I have been working to get involved in real estate for the last 8 years. I listened to every podcast at least 4 or 5 times over those years. I know most of you would think why did it take that long.

It should not have taken that long but I've never known anybody that owned property, not even a car. I grew up in deep poverty in rural south Georgia and never knew about owning anything. I also didn't understand personal finance. I definitely didn't understand real estate finance. Had to go through a complete mind shift (still growing every day).

I've grown a lot in many different areas and I know @Mindy Jensen and @Scott

@Scott Trench changed my life with the money podcast. It really helped me get my personal finances together which allowed me to use my personal financial position to purchase this property.

I closed on a triplex 2 days ago and I'm still on BP for hours listening to all the BP advice on what to do every step. I hope to continue to build portfolio so I can build wealth for my family and leave something to my kids. Also spread this mindset to others that have never came anywhere close to understanding the power of real estate.

Thanks BP! Yall are great people and really are changing lives for generations of people.

I am looking to connect with investors or aspiring investors in Carrollton/ Villa Rica. I am in the process of closing on my first deal and want to connect with other investors in the area. If you are in the surrounding area I would be happy to come follow you around or have lunch with you or start a biggerpockets meet up in our area.

Hey BP,

I'm closing on a triplex. Its occupied but its in below average conditions. I don't have the money to rehab it. Should I really press to find a way to get cash to rehab it? Should I try to rehab parts at a time or should I wait and rehab after saving or refinancing?

Hello All,

I have a deal on a triplex Carrollton I want to buy and hold. I don't have 25k to put down. Anyone have any advice on how I should try to solve this problem? I don't have 25k sitting around I don't have family or friends with 25k sitting around. I don't want to let this deal pass up because its in a great location near a college and restaurants.
