Hey BP,

I posted my story and how I bought a triplex a few months ago. I am attempting to brrr this deal (I'm sure I'll end up with like 10k still in the deal but I'm fine with that). I thought it would be nice to have new people to follow me to see a regular guy struggle make mistakes and try to figure it out and for experienced people to give advice and tell me how I'm screwing things up. Haha. 

I'm also super excited about going to the BiggerPockets conference! If anyone else is going lets connect!

Hey I am in Villa Rica out between Atlanta and Alabama. I would love to connect man. Maybe meet up and talk real estate. I just need to get around more like-minded people.

@Heather Schmidtknecht In this journey I actually started listening to Dave Ramsey a lot because @Scott Trench mentioned him a lot in the BP money podcast saying that's a good place to start. Dave help cheer me on and help me be ok with being looked at as weird.
