Thanks Peter. Most of my questions have already been answered in other forums here on BP, but I'm sure I can think of a few more!

Thanks for your input, Grant. You're probably right in that the worst they'll do is tell me to take them down. But I fear if it is possible to fine me, they'll find a way to do it.

Hi Everyone,

What are the laws about posting bandit signs in Orange County?  I've heard different things from different people.  Some say it's ok to post them Friday night through Sunday night, while others say it's fine to just leave them up. I don't want to break any laws.  Any help would be great!

Welcome to BP, Bryon. Glad to have you posting!

Thanks Steve! A lot of fun people on this site.

Welcome, @Bryon Walsh.  Always good to see other SoCal investors on the boards.

Thanks! I'm looking forward to learning how people make it work here. It's so expensive!

Well hello there! I am MSOOTKAUG. It is a pleasure to meet you!

Thanks for the warm welcome. I had to Google MSOOTKAUG, but I found your blog. Good stuff. Good luck on your flips!

Hi everyone,

My name is Bryon Walsh and I'm from Orange, CA.  I've been frequenting biggerpockets for quite some time, but this is my first post. After a job scare a couple months ago (all is well now, thankfully), I realized that when someone else is signing your paycheck, there's no such thing as job security.

I've joined in on a few webinars, read a bunch of articles, and of course, listened to both podcasts.  I also joined a couple local meet up groups.  It's really is wonderful that so many people are so generous with their time and knowledge.  Anyways, this is a fantastic community I'm really looking forward to connecting with like minded people and learning as much as I can.

Cheers!

Bryon
