Hi Everyone,

I recently started following this great forum and community.  I'm from San Diego, CA and currently work in IT as a database administrator, while also taking classes to get my RE license.  I'm a hopeful investor in midwest properties with a plan of buy and hold.  I haven't started yet but plan on it this year.  I look forward to learning lots here!  Thank you for reading.
