I am a fulltime traveling musician and I want to be financially free to come off the road and spend more time with my wife and dogs. I'd like to send someone through college that is not my own kin some day as well.

Anyone have any experience with "Qualified Opportunity" properties? Pros and Cons? I've seen a few up for sale and was curious what some of your thoughts would be.

I know there are tax breaks for investors, but you are also dealing with what seems like a version of 'Section 8' situations. Thoughts?

@Jimmy Deringer thanks for replying!

Nashville is an awesome town and it's been fun to watch the market grow in the past few years.

I am new to searching for deals so I've mostly been using my realtor (letting him know what I'm looking for) to hear about off market, or soon to be available properties. I was able to find my first single family home through Zillow, but definitely want to gain some knowledge in other resources such as wholesalers. What's worked best for you?

Hey guys,

My name is Bryce Rodgers. I've been listening to the podcast for a couple of years now, but have not posted much in the forums. So, I wanted to chime in and say hi!

I'm a Nashville resident and looking to get some thoughts and bounce some ideas. I bought my first property a little over a year ago in Nashville, and looking to expand. The market is slowing down a good bit and wanted to see if anyone has any thoughts (good or bad) about buying to flip or buying to rent in South Nashville.
