Clark-Fulton area depends on the street but many people are bullish on the area especially around Metro. Depending on what your looking for I think there’s other neighborhoods nearby that I like better for my personal investments.

@Norense Iyahen my ideal duplexes in Cleveland are in C neighborhoods, price between $100-130k, rents between 800-1200/unit depending on either 2 or 3 beds/unit

@David Leggett definitely use this metric at a high level but personally I use at least 1.5% depending on the area. Easy to find deals at 1% in pretty much every neighborhood in Cleveland, Lakewood, etc.

@Ari Hadar I’ve never had an issue renting out in cudell, just need to be cautious with screening, as with any property. And I would make sure PM doing monthly check-ins for at least the first 6 months.

@Gino Tomba I rent out garage space to non-tenants and also charge tenants spots in driveway depending on area.

In the right areas, I don’t feel that population decline. Units get leased up within a week and I’ve had plenty of applications to choose from for quality tenants.
