Is it natural or are there others that have lost sleep when they had/have first started out? This is my dream. All I do is think HOW. I try so hard to find the investor. I am going to start using the Analyze. I read and listen. I go to people who hire my remodel business and ask what I can do extra... When asked what will it cost?, I explain, I want to earn your trust for deals I have studied and that I am a bigger pockets PRO member.

I can not always get on as I wish as I work.

The realtor from Berkshire hooked me back up with the guy that I had just previously repaired his property for sale. It sold on two days as I had mentioned before. Well, I am excited to mention he resides in Burbank and has asked me to partner with him on flips and holds here in Fargo. That way we make $$$ and he won't have to move back here. Yeehah.

What helped him to make that decision? I asked. The reply was my workmanship and KNOWLEDGE. The knowledge I gained from listening to my fellow biggerpocket family.

Welcome Trent. You have just made one of the greatest moves towards your success in real estate. Read, ask questions, and read some more. This site is priceless. After you get comfortable, I sincerely recommend upgrading to if not PRO at least PLUS. There are more perks and you'll be helping to support invaluable extras here at biggerpockets.

Again, welcome and I wish you great success in your real estate dreams and goals.

I am and will always be a newbie.... I will never be better or above my fellow investors.

WHY? Because we are all special with what our dreams and desires are.

We all listen, mentor, advise one another to be the best that we/you all of us are. We are and will always be the best. We learn from one another, we give, listen and share stories of success, and loss. That is what makes us all succeed.

I'm here for YOU. When you succeed, I succeed. I learned from you.

This is by far worth more than any profit.

Thank you biggerpockets as a whole..

Newbies, thank you for making the decision to succeed.

I love my friends too..

Reality is this is a BUSINESS.

Politely explain that the cost of expenses has gone up. That YOU. YOU have to cover costs. As friends we need to share the expense to enjoy the home we "share"""

I do have to agree with what James Wise had mentioned.. your price, you are comfortable. Move forward WITH advise of a professional. Are you ready? Can you receive a better offer?
