Hi Patrick.  I'm "new" here also, though I found BiggerPockets about 3 years ago.  I'm currently just researching to decide if I want to commit further to the real estate market, as I can't put a lot of time into it until I get a project resolved sometime in the next 1-6 months.

I've owned a single-family rental in Covington for about 13 years, and a Condo rental property in Mason for 2 1/2 years.
