Hey everyone - great thread here.  I've called a few municipalities today and most confirmed night by night short term rentals are not allowed:

Seminole - if the property is already classified as a commercial property, then STR can be ok. Most likely SFHs are not allowed night by night rentals.

Belleair Bluffs / Belleair - night by night not allowed.

St. Petersburg - 3 times a year.

Tampa - minimum 7 days bookings.

Question - As I was going though this I realized there are small pockets that are "census-designated place" (CDP) which are unincorporated zonings within Pinellas County. Does anyone know the Airbnb/STR laws for the CDP areas?
