Thats get of to know. Why type of financing did you use if you don't mind me asking? What we're some of the hurdles you had to overcome? 

Hi everyone. I am looking for advice regarding financing while I am living overseas. Is this possible?

I went for the 3 days and there was a lot of information given. Yes there there was an up sell but they didn't try to pressure anyone into buying anything. The main thing I got from the weekend was that I was allowed to bring my partner along with me. This allowed her to see the possibilities that real estate has and now she is 100% on board with me in this real eatate investing career. So for me the weekend was totally worth it.

Hi guys just watching a bit of TV and wondered if you could give me some advice on how to locate homes that have been involved in some sort of tragedy or crime?

This will be the 1st paid education I have considered. I think I will find some value there. I just don't want to sit through 3 days of grooming trying to get me to purchase a $20000 mentor course. which I would never EVER consider 

As always "free" seminar where they just spend the time selling the 3 day course for $197. would there be any value in going there? 

has anyone been to a fortune builders 3 day seminar? is it worth the money or are they just trying to sell me on another course?

just a quick one here.... looking for different methods to find multi family deals. 10 units plus.
