I am sure there has been article after article written about classifying neighborhoods and streets. It seems to me this is very subjective. Can someone point me to an article written by someone in our BP community that can shed some light on this subject?

Good question. They are occupied and I believe selling below what a turnkey provider would sell them for. When I pull houses that have sold in the same area of these homes, they are selling anywhere between 10 to 20k below what other turnkey providers have sold homes in the same area for.
