Thanks everyone for the advice! I've gotten connected with Five Pillars. Unfortunately I don't have a facebook so I'll just have to try round about ways to look up those real estate groups @Alexander Felice/@Brandon Despras.

Alex,

Do you know if they are still doing the RE church during covid?

@Ryan Blackstone, apologies but I should have been more specific. I'm referring to Fayetteville, North Carolina. But I really do appreciate your help and quick response!

Hi All,

I’m a newbie when it comes to investing and especially new to investing in Fayetteville. I’m an extremely technical person (being an engineer and product manager in the software world) and I’d love to hear if anyone has any recommendations on real estate clubs/groups or if anyone would like to connect to chat about investing in Fayetteville. I definitely have a lot to learn about the area in terms of great contractors, areas etc. If anyone has any information please let me know.

Thanks,

Bryan Flores

Supply and demand. Every bubble has that base. People were willing to throw money at internet “companies” with random domain names, crypto, etc. Yes, a price is determined through supply and demand, but it doesn’t mean it’s justified.
