Hello Stephen Settanni I'm no were close to being an expert, but I did notice no one had mentioned loopnet.com. Which could be a good or a bad thing.

William P. When you say finished do you mean nothing there interest you anymore? Or you've sold to move onto another state for new things?

Odie Ayaga THANK YOU! I should've known Grant Cardone had some content in BP! Considering he has a ton of units. I will Be sure to look into that book. Based on the title it sounds like a perfect beginners book. Thank you again!

Joseph Scorese Thank you very much for those starting terms. I will be sure to look into those programs. I live in New Jersey (All the way up north. 30 minutes from the Milford PA.) and being that I work for Mercedes-Benz I have been able to meet some Realestate brokers. One specifically I was able to get some information out of. He emailed me a NJ business school for my license as well.

Hello everyone my name is Bryan, and I am 23 years old, and live and have always lived in New Jersey. I work for Mercedes-Benz and have zero expierience in realestate. I do have a very big interest in realestate investing, for many reasons. If you have any suggestions on multi unit realestate investing books, please feel free to share them. I am looking to get into my first multiunit within the next 3 years. So I want to be engraving my brain with as much content on multi unit invest as possible! I am looking forward to meeting new people, and especially learning.
