I live in New Jersey (All the way up north. 30 minutes from the Milford PA.) and being that I work for Mercedes-Benz I have been able to meet some Realestate brokers. One specifically I was able to get some information out of. He emailed me a NJ business school for my license as well.

Hello everyone my name is Bryan, and I am 23 years old, and live and have always lived in New Jersey. I work for Mercedes-Benz and have zero expierience in realestate. I do have a very big interest in realestate investing, for many reasons. If you have any suggestions on multi unit realestate investing books, please feel free to share them. I am looking to get into my first multiunit within the next 3 years. So I want to be engraving my brain with as much content on multi unit invest as possible! I am looking forward to meeting new people, and especially learning.
