Thank you Jd Martin .Would you happen to be able to share any other methods of acquiring a downpayment via using a bank? Initially Id like to build a relationship with a bank as well.

Jd Martin So Initially I would need a lowest to none transfer fee, and a very low interest rate (which I look to get regardless) and it could work as a deposit?

Hello everyone, I have been looking into getting information from banks in regards to a business credit card. My plan is too use a business credit card to be able to put a down payment on a property, using seller financing. Now as for using the business credit card, I am all for being the guarantee. I am not looking to get sucked out of this method of putting down on a property, but seeking experiences from investor who have used this method previously. I look forward to everyones reply! And Thank you in advance!

Ozzy Khan Rich Dad Poor Dad is an amazing book! It was recommended to me by a few people, and I finally got it and started reading it last Thursday and got glued to it as soon as I started reading it. Its interesting how it can relate to what most of us experience everyday. I recommend the boom. I've just been reached by a Rich Dad Coach, and from what I've been reading its not worth it. Just so you know. Normally I would say well only 3 ppl say its sucked and 5 say it was good lets give it a shot maybe those 3 did git it their all. But EVERYONE is say it is a sales pitch from a 3rd party. So I'm going tokeep my money and buy some other learning material.
