ROCHESTER NY new realtor here.

My question is how do I estimate repair costs ? How do I determine if something needs to be done ? I just wanna get the most accurate number I possibly can.

Is a 8-10k wholesale assignment fee unreasonable?

( I’m new never have done a deal) ( I’ll be a licensed agent in 3 weeks) my goal is 20k a month wholesaling. I have separate income goals related to sales, flips , rentals however everything takes time.

I’m from Rochester NY I am 20 years old , I’m going to be an agent by FEB2019 I’m excited etc etc , but I ALSO wanna be an investor and take on wholesaling , flips , and rentals monthly and with consistency hopefully make some awesome numbers a month.

Any advice from the veterans in this game on starting ?
