Advice for a new investor

Bryan Dennis
Posted

I’m from Rochester NY I am 20 years old , I’m going to be an agent by FEB2019 I’m excited etc etc , but I ALSO wanna be an investor and take on wholesaling , flips , and rentals monthly and with consistency hopefully make some awesome numbers a month.

Any advice from the veterans in this game on starting ?

@Bryan Dennis welcome to BP.  Rich dad is great for mindset and motivation but weak on how to.

We have some free guides here to read under the education tab. The site also sells some good books under the Bookstore tab.
