@Ahsan Harriel there is a reason he/she wants it for 3x the cash. Its a great cash cow so keep it for yourself! Unless you need the short term money but I would let it appreciate and cash flow... Stick to the plan it sounds like a great buy.

@John Hickey yeah thats great maybe get some eyes on the apartment from local landlords. On top of that I agree that having it at a price point even with comps... But is the best looking will give me an ROI on a good tenant rather than money πŸ‘ thanks for the advice!
