I am currently house hacking a duplex and was curious if I can ReFi (cash out) at the 6 month mark or do I have to still live in the unit for 12 months as I agreed to initially when I took an FHA loan. Would love some experts to let me know of some ReFi options, thanks!

@Nicole Heasley I cant image having a CC line of $100k! Is that a realistic number for an experienced investor? I am new and not there yet, just curious!

Newbie here so take it all with a grain or two of salt. What is the difference on a flip between the General Contractor and the Project Manager(a residential flip that is, not any big development) Second question, are these two positions combined on a smaller budget flip? Thanks in advance BP Community.
