Property is approved by CMHA and we undergone all inspections. Property have been fully renovated. PM has property listed on Zillow saying - accepting section 8 applicants

 No, not normal at all. You should be turning away 50+ people for every property. When you post an ad for a Section 8 property in Cleveland the tenant demand looks like this.

Hello, I got my first property under contract in the Corlett area.

Can anyone give me some advice on the area? Is this area good for section 8 or private tenant?

Can anyone provide me with good Contractor names.

Can anyone provide me with a lender so i can refinance out and keep the train moving along.
