Thanks @Philip M.! There seems to be some partial renovations done on the house so I'm not sure if it has the original sewer line. I assume a home inspector would be able to tell or do I need a licensed plumber to verify? 

Hi BP, I'm looking at purchasing an older home in central Arlington (built in the 50s) and was wondering if anyone had any feedback on: what type of issues do you run into on maintaining an older home? any issues getting tenants in central arlington?
