So recently I got permission from an agency to be an undercover client to determine how well prepared their agents were in English. I did two hidden audio recordings of the initial meeting in the agency and the viewing with the landlord and agent. Names & personal information have been removed. I have uploaded the one recording to youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sjl-zyTx8FA&feature=youtu.be)

So based on this small sample I would like to know:
1) Do the Spanish estate agents have sufficient level of English for English cliental in general?
2) How well do the Spanish agents sell in English?
3) What areas could they improve in terms of their language/cultural awareness when dealing with British, American and Australian clients?
