Hey all, I don't know much about this Cowgill guy, so hopefully you can help. I found this course on ebay and wondered what you all thought about this guy and his system? I do believe that having a system is critical to the success of any business, but don't know if this system is worth the investment. But I am tempted. What do you all think?

Hey all, What is the best way or ways to look for / search for mixed use properties? Looking for retail and apartment mixed use properties (under 75 units) but having a hard time finding anything online.

Let's say you have a $5M deal and need to raise $2M. And 15-25 investors coming in on the deal. Most are accredited investors and some are sophisticated. Which PPM would be the best choice to go with, 504, 505 or 506? And why?

Why would someone use a PPM instead of an LLP? Are there any advantages?

Ok guys, I am meeting a commercial banker/lender in about 2 hours, and my question is, what questions should I be asking him? How should this meeting even go? Should I keep it a little bit business and a lot personal to try and get to know him, or a little bit personal and a lot business?
