Hey everyone,

I was wondering what are all the different types of strategies / niches there were for multi-family. I am trying to figure out which is best suited for me, but I am sure I don't have all the options.

Some that I can think of:

  • Reposition underperforming properties
  • Flipping properties
  • Buying already stabilized properties
  • what else is there?

What is your strategy/niche?

Thank you very much, I think it makes sense. One of my friends told me that if I learn how to raise capital, I would never be poor/broke. Let's see how that works out.

This is going to sound really stupid but, is raising capital and syndication the same thing?
