After the year is up you can move out and rent the entire income property without needing to refinance or do anything else to the loan.

I like the idea of this, I'm going to send you a PM to talk more detail!

Hey everyone,

So this is a quick and easy question with an difficult answer or maybe a easy answer from those with experience. With little to no experience in the real estate market my biggest question by far is, How do you fund deals when your just starting off? I would  like to hear some advice from those who have started from scratch to create a good funding network from lenders. Lets hear it BP!! :)

Hey Everyone,

So I'm brand spanking new to the community, and I'm looking forward to learning from all of you here. I would like to first venture into wholesaling here in the Phoenix area specifically the East valley but I'm open throughout. I think my biggest draw back right now is where do I start in regards to finding a seller that's motivated. Would love some feed back on this! :)
