@Cory Bittick Great work Cory. My programmer figured it out but I didn’t have all the gory details. But thanks for documenting the steps here.

@Eddie Godshalk Your Project sounds very promising. I would like to hear more about your final output and what it will look like.

If I understand your question, I would say that ATTOM Data is a data warehouse that you may want to take a look at. They power RealtyTrac and I think they aggregrate Foreclosure, Tax, and neighborhood data, and property data from CoreLogic. At one time, they were offering up an API but I’m not sure about their pricing model.

If I had a Christmas List for an automated feed of data to use for my Real Estate Business, ATTOM Data would be at the top of it.

@Peter Tverdov I haven't leveraged the data from Mojo yet since we are more dialed into REIpro, PropStream, and ListSource than anything else.

@Don Chambers I know it's been over a year ago.  But can you give an update on your decision and the experience that you have had?

I'm in agreement with @Bill Carovano that Podio could handle your needs with some customization...

@Jeffrey Mcintyre I recently signed up for Mojo Dialer and am now putting the hooks into Podio. I’m going with the single-line Dialer for now and hope to get through about 2000 numbers a week split between the NC and FL markets.

I hope to be able to share statistics soon.

@Stratton B Brown Wow. Those are some disappointing numbers especially from a company whose universe (and even their name) is centered around Real Estate data.

@Vincent Harris

Thanks for weighing in on your product. I think it’s important to get both perspectives from the User community as well as Management. Actually, you highlighted some features that I wasn’t even aware that REIRail even offered. So I’m grateful to this BiggerPockets forum that allows this discussion to take place.

Yes you are correct. I genuinely *would* like to know what are some of the pros and cons of the software before making a heavy investment of time and money into it. I’m an IT guy and a geek for software/apps that improve both life and work. And I earnestly would like to know what tools, out of all the garden variety of choices, are the most efficient to setup and scale my real estate business for the optimal performance. And that’s a very subjective and personal journey, but one that would greatly benefit from the experience and advice of others to avoid roadblocks and pitfalls. I’m typically the person that will wait 6 months before buying the new iPhone, PlayStation, or new gadget. Just so that all the bugs are worked out by the early adopters. I don’t like the feeling of paying to be a Beta Tester.

Nonetheless, I’m a big fan of Max and I too believe that REIRail has some phenomenal features. The 83% success rate on SkipTracing (I trust you in that), Integrated Outbound/Inbound, and the Caller recognition.

I do want to give it a try and will indeed sign up. But as is my nature, I will wait 6 months for all of the growing pains to fade away. And in all fairness to the REIRail team I will return back to BiggerPockets to give an update and what I hope will be an awesome review.

@Terry Franseen I have not seen one (1) single review on the PINPOINT PROFITS software on BiggerPockets, arguably the most reputable REI site on the planet. After doing a thorough scrubbing on the topic, I’m finding only threads that are asking for anyone just anyone to give their take on the software. So my conclusion is that PIN is a waste of time and money. Moving on...

@Trevon Peracca  As a 2 year followup, did you ever make a decision on what path to take on a CRM?  And how is it working out?
