I'm looking for an experienced agent in St. Pete's Beach to help my parents find an investment property. Please only agents who have many years experience in the industry and are well versed on what makes great investment purchase. I'm licensed in VA and would like to receive a 25% referral fee. They have a $400-$600k budget, or even higher for the right property. I'd like for you to be able to prove your experience on investment properties that you've helped others purchase.

Its definitely gets "country" pretty quick! The town area of Warrenton has a really cool old town feel to it. Everybody that lives there seems to love it quite a bit. My brother and his wife + 2 kids like it so far. Much more affordable!

My DM reached as far as Woodbridge and Gainesville so if I get any leads down that way I will definitely be in touch!

My DM campaign has been a bit slow. Only received 2 calls so far, one was an angry man not interested in selling, LOL. The other was a solid lead, older gentleman with 4 homes in the area. I got some info together for him and called back to set up a meeting but somehow a real estate agent had gotten a hold of him in the 2 days between our chats and he's meeting with her tomorrow so we'll see. Going to keep trying though and plan on hitting those 250 again in a month!

Do you have a certain farm area you're looking for buy and holds?

Hi BP community. I'm a new member from Reston, VA. I've been in the Fitness industry for over 10 years and have always been interested in real estate. Finally decided to take the plunge while keeping my day job (that I really do love and that has given me a lot in life). I feel like I need a new challenge and real estate investing is that challenge! Have already sent my first DM campaign (small-- 250 mailings to absentee owners). I'm interested in wholesaling first....... and eventually investing in buy and hold properties. Can't say enough about this site and the resources available, pretty amazing! Looking forward to networking and learning, learning, learning!
