Experienced Agent - St. Pete's Beach

I'm looking for an experienced agent in St. Pete's Beach to help my parents find an investment property. Please only agents who have many years experience in the industry and are well versed on what makes great investment purchase. I'm licensed in VA and would like to receive a 25% referral fee. They have a $400-$600k budget, or even higher for the right property. I'd like for you to be able to prove your experience on investment properties that you've helped others purchase.
