The process WILL involve finding a deal and then working with another “boots on the ground” wholesaler in the city I am targeting, then splitting the deal 50/50. I know some people criticize this method because you are sacrificing so much profit by not hiring your own employee/boots on the ground person, but I will be wholesaling virtually because I am not from the U.S. and Switzerlands real estate speculator is really bad plus I will be a college student by the time I turn 18 and doing a sidejob to fund the things I will be using to pull leads from like Popstream and for cold calling. Hello all, just wanted to ask if Virtual Wholesaling from Philippines to USA is possible, Do I really need a addendum? I see a debate on a Wholesaling facebook group saying that hiding stuff is not a good thing to do and should just "know your worth". Another question I have in mind is finding deals on redfin,zillow etc. that are listed by listing agents workable? Will I be able to negotiate with them? Do I need to determine the ARV of the home if its already listed? I am learning from youtubers named King Khang and Flipping mastery and some methods they showed like the find a property on zillow and other websites and try to work on that doesn't seem to be liked from other people who I've asked. Appreciate the help!

Im a 17 year old who works at my local community doing babysitting,gardening and all the other stuff and I really want to get into real estate wholesaling and investing. My only knowledge in real estate is from youtube videos from King Khang and Ryan Pineda, I joined their local Facebook page but no one is really that interested in answering some of my questions and sometimes even get criticized for the questions I ask. All help would be much appreciated
