Hello all, just wanted to ask if Virtual Wholesaling from Philippines to USA is possible, Do I really need a addendum? I see a debate on a Wholesaling facebook group saying that hiding stuff is not a good thing to do and should just "know your worth". Another question I have in mind is finding deals on redfin,zillow etc. that are listed by listing agents workable? Will I be able to negotiate with them? Do I need to determine the ARV of the home if its already listed? I am learning from youtubers named King Khang and Flipping mastery and some methods they showed like the find a property on zillow and other websites and try to work on that doesn't seem to be liked from other people who I've asked. Appreciate the help!
