@Marlon Fong the first link you provided does not take me to the meet up page. I am having trouble accessing it on my end through the website as well. Do you know if this is a temporary issue or if anyone else is having this problem?

Hi Marquita! I too am in the medical field fresh out of college (CT Technologsit) and I am looking to get into investing. I am debating working only part time in medical at this point and try to figure out how to get my foot in the door with real estate during my spare time. My goal is to buy my first investment property sometime in the next year. Any suggestions on how to get myself involved in real estate part time? I don't know which side of real estate to jump into, there's so many options it's overwhelming.

Hi Ya'll! I am Brittney, I am new to BP and to the real estate world and I am looking for local meet ups to attend. Unfortunately the link for meet ups on the site takes me to a "page does not exist" screen so I am not sure how else to find meet ups.
