Post: Disclosure of landlord's address- Florida

I am just starting my rental investment journey. I am going over Florida landlord tenant laws and I found this 83.50 Disclosure of landlord's address. I am running my business out of my house and do NOT want to give out my address to tenants. Is there anyway around this? I thought about PO box but not certain that would meet guidelines. I DO NOT have a LLC or property manager as I am just getting started. Any ideas?

"83.50 In addition to any other disclosure required by law, the landlord, or a person authorized to enter into a rental agreement on the landlord's behalf, shall disclose in writing to the tenant, at or before the commencement of the tenancy, the name and address of the landlord or a person authorized to receive notices and demands in the landlord's behalf. The person so authorized to receive notices and demands retains authority until the tenant is notified otherwise. All notices of such names and addressed or changes thereto shall be delivered to the tenant's residence or, if specified in writing by the tenant, to any other address."

That is very helpful and I appreciate the advise. Thank you. Hows the weather up there in Watertown? I grew up in Mexico and am very familiar with Watertown and Fort Drum.

Thank you. That is what I am thinking. I pay an extra $100 a month on them and in 2 years one will be paid off and I will only have 1 left. I feel waiting to invest is just getting me further behind.

I know getting a loan would not be a problem as I also have quite a bit of equity in my current home. My student loans are at 4.5% interest. I'm starting to feel saving some towards 20% down payment now would be a good idea as my loans have 8 years left on them and not really a rush to get paid off.

I currently have student loan debt of $70k that I am trying to focus and pay off completely within 3 years. Then my plan is to start investing. My question to experienced people is should I focus on paying off this debt first then investing or would you recommend I take longer to pay off loans but also save for my first 20% down. I am 37 years old and excited to get started but also want to make the smart responsible decision.  I would  greatly appreciate everyone's thoughts. Thank you very much.
