Disclosure of landlord's address- Florida
I am just starting my rental investment journey. I am going over Florida landlord tenant laws and I found this 83.50 Disclosure of landlord's address. I am running my business out of my house and do NOT want to give out my address to tenants. Is there anyway around this? I thought about PO box but not certain that would meet guidelines. I DO NOT have a LLC or property manager as I am just getting started. Any ideas?
"83.50 In addition to any other disclosure required by law, the landlord, or a person authorized to enter into a rental agreement on the landlord's behalf, shall disclose in writing to the tenant, at or before the commencement of the tenancy, the name and address of the landlord or a person authorized to receive notices and demands in the landlord's behalf. The person so authorized to receive notices and demands retains authority until the tenant is notified otherwise. All notices of such names and addressed or changes thereto shall be delivered to the tenant's residence or, if specified in writing by the tenant, to any other address."

@Brittany Olofsson this is for the purpose of serving written notice to the Landlord. Your PO Box will be sufficient.
