@Jeffrey Giffin @Zachary Foust @Eric Armstrong I don't come across too many buyers for Wilmington so I will definitely get you guys added to my buyers list if that's okay. I don't think I'm allowed to leave my email address on here but I'm sure we can figure out something. I do plan on upgrading today so I can send messages. Other than that, I have three houses in the city area.

for example I hear direct mail is great but that all I pretty much hear. I don't want to rely on just that source of advertising. And this is for motivated sellers and buyers.
