Hello,
I am brand spanking new to the real estate investing world and to Bigger Pockets as well. I have decided to try something new, by trying my hands at real estate investing. I have done some researching, and am pretty excited to start this new journey, however, I am nervous!
I am currently a nurse and have a skin care and cosmetics business. Becoming a real estate investor has NEVER crossed my mind until this pandemic occurred. I have always been in the market of helping others, so I know this is a bonus that I can add to my "resume."
I am posting to ask for feedback, motivation and positivity. Feedback on the following is welcomed and appreciated:
1. Where can I look to begin building relationships with real estate agents who are investor friendly?
2. What are the best ways to start off with marketing and networking for a beginner?
3. What do you look for when analyzing a property? What are the key components and how do I research the data?
4. Where can I find comp resources?
5. Seasoned investors, hypothetically, if I need to profit $20K by Nov. 30th, what would be the plan I'll need to stick with to meet this deadline?
6. Best ways to build my buyer's list?
I have the "big picture", but I have difficulty minimizing it to get to the small details to help get me there.
